Adani Hazira Port, a part of various Adani portfolio companies, organized a variety of safety and health events to raise awareness on World Day for Safety and Health at Workplace. The main purpose of celebrating this day is to attract the attention of the people towards this matter. thereby promoting healthy work activity and reducing work-related deaths and injuries. International Labor Organization (ILO) has started celebrating World Day for Safety and Health every year on 28 April since 2003 to promote occupational accidents, health maintenance and safety of workers.

Committed to environmental protection, we also prioritize issues such as zero death, zero serious injury, safe driving, wellness at our workplace in our operations.</p> <p>World Day for Safety and Health at Work is observed every year on 28th April which includes mass tool box talks for safety awareness among workers, first aid training for health awareness and visit to Center of Safety Excellence. Special Yoga sessions were also organized for various employees. Incentive prizes were also given to the conscious personnel of different departments who participated in these programs.</p>
