Moldova supports the creation of a special international tribunal that will investigate and prosecute the aggression and crimes committed by Russia in Ukraine. And its work should begin with the pure truth – documented, attested and thoroughly analyzed so that no one can say that these facts did not occur. Thus, Bucea will not only be a terrible crime scene. It will become a first step towards accountability under the rule of law, which will build a case for prosecution and which will also survive as evidence of our resolve in a world governed by justice.
