Two killed in Georgia party shooting

Washington, Mar 6 (AP) Two people were killed in a shooting at a house party in Georgia, US. Over 100 teenagers were present at the party at the time of the incident. The officers provided this information.

Officials said that the investigation of the incident is going on. No one has been arrested in the case so far. It is not yet clear how many people were involved in the firing.

Captain Trent Wilson of the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office told The Associated Press that the shooting occurred between 10:30 and 11:30 p.m. Saturday. He urged the people present on the spot to inform about the matter.

Wilson said the dead were under 18 years of age. He did not reveal the names of those who lost their lives in the firing.

Douglasville is located 32 kilometers west of Atlanta, the capital of Georgia.
