Lucknow: Miscreants killed in police encounter in UP Hamirpur Khaki has been attacked. The criminal, hiding behind the bushes, opened fire on the police who had reached Patara village of Kurara police station, in which Chowki Injarch was injured. The bullet hit his left hand. The police admitted him to the district hospital, from where he was referred to Kanpur. At the same time, teams have been formed in search of the culprit.

Superintendent of Police Dr. Deeksha Sharma told that a video of Shambhu Kushwaha, a resident of Patara village of Hamirpur, waving a pistol went viral about six days ago. Outpost in-charge Surendra Yadav, located in Patara village of Kurara police station, along with his three colleagues had gone to raid in search of the criminal on Sunday night after receiving the information. Only then the miscreant hiding in the bushes opened fire, in which the outpost in-charge was injured. The criminal fled there.

ASP Mayaram Verma, CO Sadar Rajesh Kamal, and police of several police stations reached the spot as soon as they received information about the firing on the outpost in-charge. The injured outpost incharge was taken to the hospital. His condition is being told out of danger. According to the doctors, the bullet inside the bone is stuck in the left arm of Inspector Surendra Yadav. It is visible in X-ray. The outpost in-charge has been referred to Kanpur by the doctors for better treatment.

Here many times the domineering people have made deadly attacks on the police team. Apart from this, criminal incidents have been taking place among themselves due to enmity.
Many cases have been registered against the absconding criminal.
Several FIRs have been registered against the accused history-sheeter Shambhu Kushwaha in Lalpura police station. A few days ago, a shopkeeper of Patara village lodged an FIR against history-sheeter Shambhu in Kurara police station for assaulting him. According to the police, the absconding miscreant will be arrested soon.
