On Monday, at around 2 pm, a car overtook and stopped the bike of a young man who was passing along with his two children and wife while riding a bike. Due to old enmity, the car riders attacked the bike driver and injured him badly. The wife was also injured in this incident. After carrying out the incident of assault, the attackers escaped with a gold chain from the wife’s neck and a bag containing 72 thousand rupees. The injured youth was admitted to Sayaji Hospital for treatment, his two children also suffered minor injuries in the attack.

A complaint about this was also made in Jawahar Nagar police station. Yesterday afternoon I biked to work with my two kids and my wife. Meanwhile, a car overtook my bike and keeping the enmity of the old quarrel, the car came and parked in front of my bike near Deendayal School, Naviard. Meanwhile, another car and bike rider also came. The assailants in these vehicles beat me with wooden sticks and bats saying why did your brother beat us. The assailants also manhandled my wife who tried to save me and forcibly pulled her gold chain and also looted a bag containing Rs 72,000 in cash. My five-month-old son and two-year-old daughter also suffered minor injuries in the attack. As I shouted for help, the assailants fled in three vehicles, threatening to kill me.
Based on the above complaint, the police arrested Umar Abdulhasan Pathan, Tauseef Abdulhasan Pathan, Kalia alias Asif Abdulhasan Pathan, Sahbaz Mekua, Akram alias Gabharu, Abjal Islam Pathan, Pappu Lalbhai, Bhura alias Abdulhasan Pathan, Arif alias A case has been registered against Tinku (all residents of Gorwa) for writing, looting, assault, intimidation and other sections and the process of arresting the accused has been started.
