Iranian mullah mafias play foul with the world

Iranian mullah mafias are playing foul with the international community by holding farse elections, while ransacking of the voice of the pro-democracy forces continue in full swing. Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei needed a lapdog president, which he found in mass-murderer Ebrahim Raisi, because, Raisi has all the qualifications of having extreme ferociousness and cruelty in continuing brutalities on the civilians and also helping the elite members of the mullah mafias in looting public wealth at whims.

While playing foul with the electoral system as well as fundamental rights of the people, institutions and organizations linked or directly run by the Iranian regime’s lobbies in the US have recently published several fake polls showing mass support for the regime. Such propaganda has also been continuing in other western countries with the agenda of proving the Iranian mullah mafias as “extremely popular” or enjoying support from the masses.

Several of these so-called polls were conducted by the University of Maryland and Iran Poll, both of which have known regime lobbyists running the show. One can go into detail about who these people are and how they are linked to the mullah mafias, but this piece is not about Iran’s lobbies. Later the issue of Iranian regime’s lobbies will be discussed in details.

Anyone not familiar with Iran on seeing these concocted polls, would think or even start believing that Iranians love the mullah regime and its officials and adore the regime’s missiles and bombs, including its policy of patronizing terrorism throughout the world and its notorious agenda of continuing vicious acts against Saudi Arabia and the State of Israel.

It is worth mentioning that these fake surveys are very similar to a poll conducted by the regime-affiliated Iranian Students Polling Agency (ISPA) in late September this year.

Another recent survey was conducted by Gallup which said that a whopping 72 percent of Iranians approved of President Ebrahim Raisi’s job so far and that 59 percent had “confidence in their national government”.

One may ask – why the ruling mullah mafias in Iran are in badly need of such fake polls and surveys.

The answer is Ebrahim Raisi, the regime’s new infamous president – the “Butcher of Tehran” is a mid-ranking half-educated cleric who is responsible for the execution of thousands of political prisoners in the summer of 1988, hence his nickname. He was also involved in the suppression of dissent since the onset of the Islamic Revolution in 1979. Being one of the top favorite disciples of Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, Raisi got his first job as an assistant prosecutor at the age of 20.

Before the mullah mafia regime’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei appointed Ebrahim Raisi as the President of Iran, he was the Chief Justice and quickly gained even more notoriety because of the number of executions and brutal punishments handed down by his organization to political and non-political prisoners. In brief, Raisi has played the role as one of the most effective tools of the ruthless mullah mafia regime in indiscriminately killing political opponents through so-called judgements or decrees passed by the kangaroo court.

One may even ask – Ali Khamenei appointed the “Butcher of Tehran” to represent his regime and be his outer face. Because despite what the Biden Administration and the European Union think, Khamenei is very weak. Gone are the days when his regime could tolerate the likes of Khatami, Rouhani, and even Ahmadinejad, who turned on Khamenei in his second term and has now turned into a regime critic. Additionally, due to acute economic crisis, food shortage, water scarcity, hunger, unemployment and poverty, the regime truly is feeling terrified sensing a mass revolt in the country at any time. The level of tolerance of the Iranian people has already crossed the red-line, and now for them – the only option is staging a mass revolt and even an armed struggle against the mullah mafia regime. Meaning, Ali Khamenei is already seeing the risk of an imminent outbreak of civil war in Iran.

For these factors, Ali Khamenei needs a lapdog president who would obey him without question. In fact, Khamenei is so weak that he was willing to alienate regime powerhouses including Ali Larijani, former parliamentary speaker, by disqualifying him from the presidential race. By appointing Raisi, he has effectively consolidated his regime and discarded anyone who might have questioned his total supremacy.

But this united front comes at a price. It is not common that the President of a country is a known executioner of thousands of political prisoners and branded as a mass murderer.

Hence the fake polls. Especially at a time when more than 80 percent of Iranians live under the line of poverty and only 4 percent – mainly regime elites, are affluent and even getting wealthier. There have been two major nationwide protests in the past four years alone. The latest one was in November 2019 when the regime indiscriminately gunned down at least 1,500 men, women, and children on the streets. The ever-present threat of anti-government protests by angry Iranians is looming and many Iranians say that just a spark will ignite new flames. Ali Khamenei has successfully curbed new protests with brutal suppression and the COVID-19 pandemic which was intentionally given free rein in Iran.

However, in my opinion, Iranian mullah mafia regime cannot succeed in suffocating the voice of the people – over 80 percent of the total population, who are desperately looking for liberating the country from the evil clutches of mullah mafias. Brave Iranians will continue to denounce the evil regime and they will finally win. Nothing can stop them. Ali Khamenei, his lapdog Ebrahim Raisi or those ruthless members of the mullah mafia regime can not sustain long by making foul attempts of fooling the United States and rest of the world through propaganda and made-up polls.
