Saudis’ love for their leadership is a foundation from the inside

The other message that we send to the world is that the Saudis’ love for their leadership is above what many of them can imagine, and in the language of law, it is objective, not subjective. Because it is based on rules, it is not a spur of the moment, it is historical, and it is not an emergency from the outside but a foundation from the inside, and the three Saudi countries have taught us for three centuries that the Saudis about their leadership do not give up, with them they go and with them they come, and God willing, with them in this prosperous era will be achieved. Good for the Kingdom and the whole world, for Saudi Arabia’s message is a message of peace and prosperity for all, do not antagonize anyone but do not allow anyone to approach the red lines, and we are all Salman and we are all Muhammad. Writes Dr. Fahd Al Majid

Drafting the decision from beginning to end is based on the belief or assumption of the authors of this report, and it is decided by the judiciary all over the world that the plaintiff’s belief in something will not be taken into account unless his evidence is presented on it, then this evidence – as well – is subject to discussion, as the evidence may be in its origin It is null and void, and it may have a valid defense that nullifies its effect in the case, and if it does not nullify it, it is at the root of it.

I worked for years in the corridors of the courts as a judge, and just as the judiciary is aware, it is experience, so the judge increases sophistication and skill in uncovering the truth the more his experience increases, especially if he is accompanied by constant knowledge through which the judge reaps his experience in a way that makes one year ten years in the account of others.

I have always listened to pleadings, most of which were of the constructive kind that do not present or delay, as well as I have always looked at hundreds and sometimes thousands of pages of what the parties present in the case, and many of them do not present anything in the case, because the court focuses on the plaintiff’s side on the evidence of his case. And focus on the defendant’s side on what pushes or invalidates this evidence. These two points are the ones that the court is aware of, and everything else is nothing more than a speech in its best conditions in which each party expresses what he thinks without proving anything in it, and if it is established in the Sharia And the law: that a judge does not rule with his knowledge, rather, he does not judge with the knowledge of one of the two parties, but the lesson in the field of judiciary is the sound evidence from the correct opponent.

With this judicial experience, I wanted with all impartiality to look at the American report that was provided to the Congress to see to what extent it could be considered in the corridors of the court. I have read the full report and concluded these documented results from the reality of the report and not from his belief or belief ..

1 – The report did not include any judicial evidence, such as a declaration that is an argument limited to the headquarters, or witness testimony or other means of proof that lead to the truth of the defendant, definitely, not as “evidence proving the truth.”

2 – Drafting the decision from beginning to end is based on the belief or assumption of the authors of this report, and it is decided by the judiciary around the world that the plaintiff’s belief in something will not be taken into account unless his evidence is presented, then this evidence – as well – is subject to discussion, so the evidence may be Its origin is void, and it may have a valid argument that nullifies its effect in the case, and if it does not nullify it, it is in its basis.

3 – The report is based on a premise that is its essence and its poem, which is: As long as the leadership is ruling over the state apparatus, it is unlikely that these individuals act on their own accord, and the assumptions in the court do not prove anything unless it is supported by evidence. Evidence leading to the truth “has moved from being a hypothesis to being a fact, and this is not achieved in this report.

Based on the foregoing, it becomes clear that this report – if we want to describe it judicially – is a dismissed case because it is without evidence and has no value before the court’s justice.

But does it stop there? I wonder: Is this report fit – at all – to be an intelligence report? Did he provide valuable information? Read the full report, and you will find that any person can write it without effort, as he does not carry any information, and is not based on reading events that require an intelligence mentality capable of linking them, and if the British biologist Thomas Henry Huxley says: The greatest sins of the human mind is to believe something without Evidence, how would the case be if if this belief was the size of an intelligence apparatus in a superpower, there is no doubt that the error would be greater and greater, and do not forget here that the invasion of Iraq was based on an intelligence report of this type.

The message I want to send to the Saudis is that our leadership, over generations and in different periods, is distinguished by an advantage that has become as usual in Saudi Arabia, which is wisdom in handling matters, patience in making decisions, and giving primacy to the supreme interest over all provocations and skirmishes.
