Widespread fear-mongering propaganda centering the pandemic PART-4

Dr. Anthony Fauci, whose “expert” advice to President Trump has resulted in the complete shutdown of the greatest economic engine in world history, has known since 2005 that chloroquine is an effective inhibitor of coronaviruses.

How did he know this?

Because of research done by the National Institutes of Health, of which he is the director. In connection with the SARS outbreak – caused by a coronavirus dubbed SARS-CoV – the NIH researched chloroquine and concluded that it was effective at stopping the SARS coronavirus in its tracks. The COVID-19 bug is likewise a coronavirus, labeled SARS-CoV-2. While not exactly the same virus as SARS-CoV-1,it is genetically related to it, and shares 79 percent of its genome, as the name SARS-CoV-2 implies. They both use the same host cell receptor, which is what viruses use to gain entry to the cell and infect the victim.

The Virology Journal – the official publication of Dr. Fauci’s National Institutes of Health – published what is now a blockbuster article on August 22, 2005, under the heading – get ready for this – “Chloroquine is a potent inhibitor of SARS coronavirus infection and spread”.

Write the researchers, “We report…that chloroquine has strong antiviral effects on SARS-CoV infection of primate cells. These inhibitory effects are observed when the cells are treated with the drug either before or after exposure to the virus, suggesting both prophylactic and therapeutic advantage.”

This means, of course, that Dr. Fauci has known for 15 years that chloroquine and its even milder derivative hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) will not only treat a current case of coronavirus (“therapeutic”) but prevent future cases (“prophylactic”).

Boris Johnson, a fear-mongering politician

Right before Christmas, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson told the world – his country was hit by the mutant coronavirus, which was even deadlier. As this statement spread throughout the world like a bonfire, countries across the globe have quickly closed their borders to the United Kingdom. There was a perception amongst people outside UK thinking if the new variant becomes more widespread, it could make the Covid-19 virus even harder to control.

Announcing the new type of Covid-19, Boris Johnson told his people” “It is with a heavy heart I must tell you we cannot continue with Christmas as planned”.

The British Prime Minister said the UK has identified a fast-spreading new variant of coronavirus that is 70 percent more transmissible than existing strains.

Everyone in the world, except the Britons (possibly) already smelt rat in Boris Johnson’s abrupt announcement on the “new variant” of the virus.

British newspaper The Mail in a report titled – Revealed, the truth about the Covid mutation that threw Christmas plans into disarray said: “Who knew what and when about Britain’s Covid mutation? PHE [Public Health England] first discovered the fast-spreading variant in October but didn’t raise the alarm until last week – amid claims scientists held back discovery to bounce No10 into Tier Four?”

The Mail further said:

Questions are being raised about why Government scientists didn’t sound the alarm over the new mutated strain of coronavirus until last week despite discovering it two months ago – amid claims data may have been held back to force Number 10 into a rash lockdown.

Top experts have also slammed the claim peddled by Boris Johnson and Chris Whitty that the variant is around 70 percent more infectious than regular Covid, saying that the figure appeared to have been plucked from thin air in a desperate bid to justify the crushing Christmas curbs.

Boris Johnson sparked fury on Saturday night after he canceled Christmas for more than a 16million people living in London and across the South East. Five days of social mixing were also slashed to just one day for the rest of the UK. He said there was ‘no alternative’ way to stop the new variant after being presented with doom-mongering data from his scientists.

Despite an explosion in infections in October, PHE did not alert the Government or its scientists to the mutated strain’s existence until December, by which point more than 1,100 people were confirmed to have had the new version of the virus.

At the start of the month information about VUI-202012/01 was passed to the New and Emerging Respiratory Virus Advisory Group (NERVTAG) committee, which advises England’s Chief Medical Officer, Chris Whitty. The group first discussed the strain at a December 11 meeting and began modeling its severity on the UK’s epidemic.
