Under Biden’s administration, Washington is gradually slipping into the grips of radical Islamic bloc comprising Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP), Jamaat-e-Islami, Hefazat-e-Islam, Hizbut Tahrir, Ansar Al Islam (local franchise of Al Qaeda) and others who are making frantic bids in transforming a secularist Bangladesh into another Afghanistan. During the recent months it has been observed that a pro-Islamist and pro-jihadist individual named Mushfiqul Fazal Ansarey, who is under permanent payroll of BNP and Jamaat has been continuously misleading American policymakers with the active help of his guru William B Milam and succeeding in damaging images of Bangladesh, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and ruling Awami League.
According to a credible source, Ansarey spends thousands of dollars every week in socializing with key individuals in the US, while he also is seen having lunch and dinner with those individuals, where most of the times he is accompanied by William B Milam.
It may be mentioned here that, on October 27, 2020, at the persuasions of William B Milam and Mushfiqul Fazal Ansarey, ten US Senators sent a letter to then Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and Secretary of Treasury Steven Mnuchin calling for sanctions against RAB officials. In the United Kingdom, the Guernica 37 Chambers law offices made a formal submission to the British Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office in August 2021 recommending sanctions for 15 current and former senior RAB officers.
On August 31, 2021, the Tom Lantos Human Rights Commission held a virtual hearing on enforced disappearances in Bangladesh where several witnesses suggested taking punitive action. Bangladesh Foreign Ministry was not appraised of the case of letters sent by the US Senators, as it was later alleged that the Bangladesh High Commissioner is Washington DC was actually a former leader of BNP’s student wing.

Mushfiqul Fazal Ansarey is the editor of “Just News BD” while this news website does not have any office or existence in Bangladesh. It is a matter of great surprise as to how he has managed to enroll himself as the White House Correspondent of this illegitimate website.
The website of another organization named ‘Right To Freedom’ that Mushfiqul Fazal Ansarey claims to be its “Executive Director” is non-functional. It is learnt from credible source that Mushfiqul Fazal Ansarey has been continuing anti-Bangladesh activities under direct patronization of William B Milam, a retired US diplomat and senior official, while Milam is on permanent payroll of Bangladesh Nationalist Party and Jamaat-e-Islami.
Anita Mathur, a research-scholar and Special Contributor Blitz in Washington DC, quoting an unnamed source in the US Capitol said, although William B Milam has made repeated attempts of handing over the dossier to the US Secretary of State, he did not get an appointment due to pre-occupations of Mr. Blinken.
Anita Mathur further said, the dossier contains names of 279 officers of Bangladesh Police, who are accused for “violation of human rights”.
Bangladesh Nationalist Party and its ally Jamaat-e-Islami had previously made frantic attempts with the US Department of State and United Nations to impose sanctions several officers of Bangladesh Police. The BNP-Jamaat nexus has also been trying to get Bangladesh banned from participating in the UN Peace Keeping Force (UNPKF).
Mushfiqul Fazal Ansarey is under monthly payroll of Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) and several family members of war criminals. Mushfique Fazal Ansarey has been maintaining deeper links with militancy outfit Ansar Al Islam, which is a franchise of Al Qaeda and Islamic State. He also maintains contacts with militancy groups in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir.
In Bangladesh, a vernacular tabloid daily continues publishing misleading and anti-Bangladesh contents sent by Mushfiqul Fazal Ansarey, which can be tantamount to crimes committed under existing laws of Bangladesh.
Conspiracy against Bangladesh
On January 4, 2023, Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina asked the police officials to remain alert against recurrence of arson-terrorism and ill-attempt to hinder country’s economic progress.
“Remain alert so none can impede the economic development of Bangladesh, none can dare to do arson-terrorism again and none can interrupt the security of people’s life”, she said.
Sheikh Hasina said it’s alright that anyone will stage agitation and movement, but it will have to be done with people’s participation.
“If any destructive activity is perpetrated there, appropriate measures have to be taken”, she said.
Sheikh Hasina said today’s achievement of Bangladesh didn’t come in any way, rather the government has done it.
“This development of the country didn’t come in any way, we have to give labor, have to do work and have to formulate plan for it”, she said.
She also said the government has brought a massive change in Bangladesh as the outcome of its development activities.

As Bangladesh is heading towards another general elections which will be held in January 2014 – less than a year from now, while agents of radical Islam and enemies of Bangladesh are running vile propaganda and desperate lobbyist activities in the Western nations, there is no visible counter-measures taken by the government in this regard. Social media platforms as well as video-sharing platforms such as YouTube, TikTok etcetera are flooded with regiment of jihadist and Islamist “warriors” who are misleading people through well-orchestrated propaganda.
The government needs to effective measures in countering such activities forthwith.
