In India while majority of the people are expressing anger at the alarming increase in the number of illegal Rohingya refugees from Myanmar, Tablighi Jamaat has been gradually infiltrating within this community with the dangerous agenda of increasing the size of radicalized Muslims. At the same time, Turkish government as well as Jamaat-e-Islami are making frantic bids of using this huge size of refugees into a powerful group favorable to Caliphate or sharia rule.
According to India’s widely read periodical The Organiser, the increasing population of the ‘Rohingya’ community in Haryana state as well as in another part of the country is already seen as a grave threat to national security and law and order. Vinod Bansal, the National Convener of Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP), during his recent visit to Chandigarh said, the data submitted by the Ministry of Home reveals that there are nearly 40,000 Rohingya intruders in the country who are illegally residing in India, whereas according to sources their actual number has been identified in hundreds of thousands, most of whom are residing in Jammu-Kashmir, Hyderabad, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Delhi NCR and Haryana states.
Bansal said, nearly 600-700 ‘Rohingya’ families are residing in Mewat area in Haryana state in small groups like refugees in rural slum localities and state government is making all efforts to identify and wipe them out them from the state as their population is growing day by day due to support and shelter provided by a handful of people of a community in Mewat area.
According to Dr Surinder Jain, the VHP National Secretary, nearly 2000 Rohingya members are still residing in slums in the rural localities in small groups in the Mewat area in Haryana state, while there also are presence of Rohingyas in Faridabad, Gurugram and Yamunanagar districts. According to a state government spokesperson, it is very difficult to identify Rohingya families as most of them having Aadhar Card, Ration Card and Voter Card, which they have managed through illegal means.
Infiltration of Tablighi Jamaat doctrine
Taking undue advantage of the Rohingyas, Tablighi Jamaat in particular as well as several NGOs run by Turkey are spending lavishly in encouraging Rohingyas in joining Tablighi Jamaat and other radical Islamic groups. Turkey and Iran are running special programs in radicalizing Rohingya children through Koranic teaching services, and are turning them into pseudo jihadists or lone wolves.
It is also learned that radical Islamic militancy groups such as Islamic State, Al Qaeda, Lashkar-e-Taiba, and Hizbul Mujahedin also are secretly encouraging Rohingyas in joining their militancy activities, while on the other hand, Pakistani spy agency Inter Service Intelligence (ISI) has been actively pursuing its anti-India agenda by hiring Rohingyas in executing terrorist activities inside India.
