I have written on this subject many times but I believe it worth revisiting to explain to those who support the Palestinian ‘cause’ that such support is giving credibility to and maintaining the original Nazi ideology. How is it possible that the content of the Palestinian Charters, embedded with pure racism, hatred and moral indecency have been ignored and never questioned by mainstream media nor the United Nations and other political organizations during any debate on the Israeli – Palestinian issue?
There are two Charters which define the Palestinian agenda. The Charter of the Palestine National Council (PNC) of 1968 and the Palestinian Hamas Charter of 1988. Both Charters expose the racist agendas of the Palestinians and though Jewish people are the first and prime target for elimination, other races and religions are close second should they not prostrate themselves to the Palestinian form of Islam.
The PNC Charter is the ruling manifesto over those Palestinians residing in the West Bank and the Hamas Charter rules those Palestinians residing in Gaza. Both Charters form part of the education curriculum which is funded by various United Nations Organizations (NGO’S) such us UNWRA, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees. In other words, the tax payers in Western democracies bear the overwhelming burden of funding the Palestinian education system.
The PNC Charter has 33 Articles and Articles 1 through to 6 relate to the reconstitution of the mythical nation state of Palestine, for the newly created Palestinian people, by militant revolution. Perversely, Article 6 allows for ’Jews who had normally resided in Palestine until the beginning of the Zionist invasion will be considered Palestinians’. There is no allowance for the descendants of those, presumably now dead Jews who are to be ethnically cleansed as were the 850,000 Jews residing in Arab countries for millennia post 1948. UNWRA has been silent on assisting those Jewish refugees.
Now here is the paradox of the PNC’s Charter because there has never been a nation, a people, a race, a tribe, a culture known as ‘ Palestinians ‘ nor a nation state known as Palestine. Both are a fiction that those identifying today as Palestinians have successfully promoted and have revised a fictitious nation and people into historical fact.
There has never been a war, battle or conflict fought by those identifying as indigenous Palestinians against any foreign or domestic invaders and certainly no historic Palestinian leader, whether sovereign, military, political or religious during the period 5000 BC to 1964 CE. There has never been a Palestinian currency, a Palestinian emblem, nor archaeological evidence of a Palestinian cultural existence. There is no evidence of any historical buildings, standing or destroyed, constructed by Palestinian engineers or architects. How can it be that the numerous itinerant scribes who recorded their historical journeys from the seventh century to the early twentieth century never wrote about the indigenous Palestinian nation? Let’s list just a selection of those who visited the geography through the centuries, wrote about their visits and yet never wrote about those identifying themselves as Palestinians.
Siebald Rieter, 1426-1488, Maps to Jerusalem
Bernhard von Breydenbach, 1440–1497, Pilgrimage
Felix Fabri, 1451–1502, Pilgrim and Preacher
Martin Kabatnik, 1428 – 1503, From Jerusalem To Cairo
Arnold van Harff, 1471–1505, The Pilgrimage,
Father Michael Naud, died circa 1674, The Jerusalem Connection
John Bowles, 1701–1779, The Twelve Tribes Map
Edward Robinson, 1794-1863, Biblical Researches
Sir George Gawler, 1795-1869, Syria And Its Near Prospects
Alphonse de Lamartine, 1790–1869, From Marseilles to Jerusalem
Sir George Adam Smith, 1856–1942 Jerusalem.
Those itinerant scribes listed above did not write of the indigenous Palestinians simply because they did not exist. Perversely anything with a Palestinian name had Jewish connections, such as the Anglo Palestine Bank, the Palestine Post or the Palestine Wine Company. All were Jewish owned enterprises.
A variety of prominent Arab leaders agree that the Palestinian identity or nation is nothing but mythology. Auni Bey Abdul – Hadi and Zuhair Mushin are just two of numerous examples exposing the Palestinian myth. Hadi was the Arab leader to the 1937 British Peel Commission for Palestine and under oath stated the following.
“There is no such country as Palestine. Palestine is a term the Zionists invented. There is no Palestine in the Bible. Palestine is alien to us.’
Zuhair Mushin was military commander of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) and a member of the Executive Council and in a 1977 interview with the Dutch paper Trouvw stated, “…..it is only for political reasons that we carefully underline a Palestinian identity which serves only for tactical purposes. The founding of a Palestinian state is a new tool in the battle against Israel”.
History verifies that there has never been a Palestinian nation state. The original source of this time line was I believe from a Twitter account @shimarom but apologies if this is incorrect.

- Before the theocracy of the twelve tribes of Israel, there was an agglomeration of independent Canaanite city-kingdoms, not a Palestinian state.
- Actually, in this piece of land there has been everything other than a Palestinian nation state.
Now let’s revert back to the Palestinian Charter of the Palestinian National Council of 1968.
Articles 7 to 18 could have been condensed into one perhaps two Articles. They are simply a penned rant promoting the necessity to eliminate Jews from the geography, replace them with Palestinians but only by revolution, armed struggle and commando action.
Nowhere in these Articles is there any hint, acknowledgement or possibility that a peaceful negotiated compromise will be attempted. As just one typical order, Article 10 states.
“Commando action constitutes the Palestinian Liberation war”.
Let us reiterate that the United Nations is in fact funding the promotion of Jew extermination and the elimination of the State of Israel.
Articles 19 to the end, Article 33, are a mix of mocking international law, revising religious doctrine, repeating mythology, promoting Jew extermination, the Zionism is racism trope and paradoxically assuming eternal support from Arab countries based on noninterference by Palestinians into the internal affairs of those countries. Of this, later.
There is a strong religious Islamic theme running throughout the content of the Charters claiming the land to be religiously Palestinian. These lies are easily debunked as in numerous Suras within the Koran (5.21 and 17.100/4 as just 2 of over 20 examples) the landmass is bequeathed, promised and bestowed by Allah through Mohammed to the Jewish people. Neither Jerusalem nor the Palestinians are mentioned within the Koran. Therefore, the Palestinian claims, defy and mock the Koran, Allah and the prophet Mohammed and are clearly Islamophobic are they not? What other interpretation would define an individual, political group or nation that mocked the binding tenets of Islam?
The Palestinians have not remained neutral in Arab affairs as per their Charters and are indeed interfering in the domestic politics of Arab Nations which has proved disastrous for them. By unconditionally supporting the Houthis in Yemen who are fighting the Saudis and Emirati armies the Palestinians have bitten the hands that have been feeding them for decades. The Saudis and Emiratis are forming commercial, trade, political, security and military links with Israel and isolating the Iranian supporting Palestinians.
Any basic, peripheral review of the Charter of the Palestinian National Council would conclude that support for the Palestinian cause is totally antisemitic and perversely Islamophobic. And Western taxpayers are funding this racist, newly created, political cause.
The Hamas Charter of has 36 Articles and similar to the PNC Charter demands Jew extermination, the elimination of Israel and subservience to Islam of all races and religions. Even more extraordinary, as if to rubber stamp the embedded Nazi ideology, Articles 17, 22 and 28 demand the extermination of those working for charitable organizations currently assisting terminally ill children, the mentally and physically disabled and other less fortunate individuals who rely on certain charities for assistance. Those who give their time for raising funds for good causes through organizations such as the Rotarians, Lions Clubs or Masons are all to be exterminated along with the Jews. I kid you not.
The Hamas Charter guided by their ultra-extreme interpretation of Islam replicates the PNC Charter by demanding only through militant force and no peaceful compromise will the Palestinian objectives be achieved.
Article 6 and 31 – “only under Islam can people of all regions coexist”.
Article 7 – “..the Muslims will fight and kill the Jews until the Jews hide behind rocks and trees”.
Article 13 – “Peace initiatives and peaceful solutions are all contrary to the beliefs of this Islamic movement. There is no solution to the Palestinian problem except by Jihad”.
There is no equality for women as per Article 18 Islamic culture defines their subservient role.
“..caring for the home and raising children and grasping ways to manage the household”.
The content of all the Articles are an Islamist rant quoting the usual Jew hating myths such as the Elders of Zion and that Jews control the media and the United Nations – if only!
The Charters follow a Nazi ideology. They are morally indecent, depraved and diametrically opposed to peace. The Palestinians have for decades gained global support and those whom the Charters target have been vilified. The moral compass of the world is upside down and those supporting the Palestinians must be ignorant and, or morally indecent.
