Islamic political party in India urges Muslims to run parallel judiciary based on Sharia

As the intense global Islamic campaign against India over Kashmir continues, including the summoning of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, Asaduddin Owaisi’s Muslim political party in India — All India Majlis-e-Ittehad-ul-Muslimeen — is urging Muslims to “disregard the Indian Judiciary” and instead “create a parallel judicial system.” The broad campaign against India is, as usual, based on the “Islamophobia” subterfuge.

When India criminalized triple-talaq divorce last year, Owaisi employed the usual victimhood tactic and said that the new law, which was an attempt to redress the inferiority of women under Islamic law,  was another attack on Muslim identity.

Under the triple-talaq arrangement, a Muslim man simply has to say “I divorce you, I divorce you, I divorce you” and his former wife is left out in the cold.

1,400 years of Islamic conquest and modern documentation of this bloody history have not convinced most Western leaders of the fact that normative Islam contains calls to subvert and conquer non-Muslim societies. India’s close proximity to Pakistan demands that India protect itself from Islamization, despite its demonization for being “Islamophobic.” The current tension between India and Pakistan is rooted in ancient animosities which are still playing out, as Western policy analysts conveniently ignore the historical record.

The Trump administration has allied with India and distanced itself from Pakistan, which has long playing a double game as it has maintained a sham alliance with the U.S. while enabling the spread and influence of the jihad ideology. When U.S. commandos killed al-Qaeda mastermind Osama bin Laden at a compound not far from Islamabad,  it was discovered that members of al-Qaeda’s leadership, as well as the Afghan Taliban, were living and operating out of Pakistan’s tribal areas and had combined forces with several jihad groups, including the Taliban-linked Haqqani Network, believed to be supported by Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence.

With this renewed contempt for India laws on the part of the All India Majlis-e-Ittehad-ul-Muslimeen party, India will be forced to redouble its vigilance, and will once again be called “Islamophobic” for doing so.
