Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK)’s ruling Workers’ Party of Korea Publishing House brought out the Volume 33 of “Complete Collection of Kim Jong Il’s Works”, the library of immortal Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism carrying Chairman Kim Jong Il’s works in chronological order and in systematic and comprehensive way. It contains 74 works including talks, speeches and letters released by Kim Jong Il in the period between January and December, Juche 70 (1981).

Among them are the works clearly indicating the idea of conducting offensive ideological education among the Party members and other working people and turning the entire Party and the whole society into stronger integral ranks of loyalty remaining faithful to the idea and will of the leader.

The Volume 33 also carries works calling for making brilliant labor successes in different sectors of the national economy and greeting the 70th birth anniversary of Democratic People’s Republic of Korea’s President Kim Il Sung most significantly, and those stressing the need for the People’s Army to further improve and develop the Party political work, round off its combat readiness as required by the prevailing situation and further tighten the military discipline.

Some works specify the principled matters arising in creating literary works depicting the leader and the tasks and ways for carrying forward and developing the traditions of revolutionary literature and art and thoroughly implementing the Juche-oriented idea on literature and art and the Party’s policy on them.

Some works deal with the idea of firmly preparing the rising generations to be the Party’s reserves and reliable successors to the cause of Juche. The volume also carries the works giving perfect answers to theoretical and practical matters arising in the revolution and construction including the issue of dynamically pushing ahead with the construction of a barrage to realize the Party’s grand nature-remaking plan.
