Massive anti-India campaign across Western Asia and the Arab countries

Jihad Watch reported several days ago that a massive anti-India campaign had been launched across Western Asia and the Arab countries, targeting Hindus for “Islamophobia.” The campaign is rooted in India’s adverse reaction both to defiant Muslims spreading the coronavirus in India, and the history of jihad and the current jihad problem in India, which led to India’s Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA). Muslims have, of course, deemed the CAA to be “Islamophobic” as well.

Despite legitimate concerns on India’s part about the well-being of its citizens, Middle East Eye reports falsely that “Indian Muslims have also been the subject of widely spread conspiracy theories in India around the coronavirus pandemic.” There is no conspiracy. Tablighi Jamaat, headquartered in South Delhi, India, has been dubbed the “super spreader” of COVID-19 in the region due to its mega conventions that were held even after the outbreak of the virus. This has caused mass outrage across India, followed by accusations by Muslims of “Islamophobia.”  250,000 people gathered in one of Tablighi Jamaat’s conventions in Lahore and 16,000 in Malaysia, which was described as the ground zero for coronavirus outbreak in Southeast Asia.

In January, right before the outbreak of the coronavirus, a staggering two million people assembled over three days for a Tablighi Jamaat conference in Bangladesh, which was a testimony to the power of this movement. Although Tablighi Jamaat claims to be peaceful, it is aggressive and tied to al Qaeda, Taliban, and Kashmir jihadis.

Maulana Mohammad Saad Kandhlawi, the emir of Tablighi Jamaat, has preached to his followers regarding COVID-19 that “Satan is using this opportunity to lead us astray…This is the time to populate the mosques.”

Even in the face of truth, the Council of Ministers of the State of Kuwait has called upon the the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) to take “necessary and urgent measures” to “preserve the rights of Muslims there.”

The OIC has played an influential role in perpetuating the “Islamophobia” subterfuge everywhere, using the charge against Western societies to destroy the freedom of speech. Any element of free societies that questions Islam, or criticizes it, and/or resists putting Islam on a pedestal will be smeared as “Islamophobic” or “racist.” Of course, the latter charge cannot be used to describe Indians resisting Islamic supremacy.

Despite the ubiquitous menace of Islamic supremacists — genocide against Christians, human rights abuses, and jihad attacks worldwide, plus subversion in some non-Muslim societies — “Abdullah al-Shoreka, a minister in Kuwait’s Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs, tweeted that it was time for Muslims to speak up against the persecution of their co-religionists.”

As far away as Canada, defiant mosques that refused to close in the face of COVID-19 were said to be taking orders from New Delhi. An imam at Makki mosque in Brampton, near Toronto, stated that “management at his mosque don’t care ‘two cents’ about the opinion of Canadian scholars. They’re taking their religious orders from scholars residing in New Delhi, India.”

The Imam further explained:

The scholars in India have instructed them not to close down their mosques until there is an order to do so.  I’ve seen a video message with my own eyes from a cleric in New Delhi which who said that a Muslim is never impure and therefore it is impossible for a Muslim to impart an impurity to another Muslim.

The Council of Ministers of the State of Kuwait and other Islamic supremacists refuse to acknowledge any wrongdoing by fellow Muslims in India, or even in Kashmir and Pakistan, while painting Muslims out to be innocent victims suffering from “Islamophobia.”

“Kuwait appeals to Muslim world body to tackle Islamophobia in India,” Middle East Eye, April 27, 2020:

Kuwait has appealed to the Organisation of International Cooperation (OIC) to intervene in India to tackle anti-Muslim sentiment in the country.

In a statement released on Monday, the General Secretariat of the Kuwait Council of Ministers expressed its “deep concern” about the treatment of Indian Muslims.

It called on the OIC to take “necessary and urgent measures” to “preserve the rights of Muslims there”.

Abdullah al-Shoreka, a minister in Kuwait’s Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs, tweeted that it was time for Muslims to speak up against the persecution of their co-religionists.

“Did those who commit crimes against humanity against Muslims in India and violate their rights think that Muslims in the world will remain silent about these crimes and do not move politically, legally and economically against them?” he said.

The statement follows comments last month in which Kuwait raised concerns about the treatment of Muslims in the country.

February saw riots erupting in the Indian capital Delhi that led to dozens of deaths, mostly Muslims targeted by Hindu nationalists.

The rioting came in the wake of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s passage of a controversial citizenship law, which has been accused of excluding Muslims and undermining the principle of secularism in India.

Witnesses said that Delhi police initially did little to intervene as mobs fought running battles, with groups armed with swords and guns setting fire to thousands of properties and vehicles.

Indian Muslims have also been the subject of widely spread conspiracy theories in India around the coronavirus pandemic.
