Pakistani spy agency Inter-Service Intelligence (ISI) is running a dubious IT company through a self-proclaimed hacker and his Muslim wife in the Indian state of Assam. According to information, the company named Arunodoy Consultancy Services Private Limited is run by Dhruba Jyoti Deka (Director identification number 08327924) and Saazmin Khan Deka (Director identification number 09074702). But the couple also runs another company named ‘Arunodoy Technologies And Production Private Limited’ which claims to be registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) bearing DIN 08327924.

Dhruba Jyoti Deka is currently associated with Arunodoy Consultancy Services Private Limited appointed as Director and the paid-up capital Arunodoy Consultancy Services Private Limited ₹100,000.00.

The company was established on January 10, 2019.

But last month this dubious company came under radar of Indian intelligence. Protesting investigation by Special Branch of Assam Police, Dhruba Jyoti Deka in a tweet on April 26, 2022 wrote: “What made DSB of @assampolice Special Branch physically inquire about my start-up is running or not? As a citizen, I have the right to run my business registered under MHA. Today this happened to me @gpsinghips Sir. Tomorrow who else Sir?”

According to a credible source, Indian authorities already smelled the secret links between Dhruba Jyoti Deka and Pakistani spy agency ISI.

According to information, Dhruba Jyoti Deka, a self-style journalist who runs a suspicious website named ‘Times of Assam’ wrote an article titled “Mainland India’s claim over Assam, Tripura, northeast states and Jammu and Kashmir is illegitimate and illegal” in Pakistani newspaper The Lahore Times on April 22, 2022. In this article, The Lahore Times introduces him stating “Dhruba Jyoti Deka is the Chief Editor of Times of Assam, based in Rajgarh Road, Rajgarh, Guwahati, 781005, India”.

In the first paragraph of this article, Deka criticized the ‘Citizenship Amendment Act’ stating: “The reason why Assam or Tripura is up against the controversial Citizenship Amendment Act passed by the Union of India under the efforts of Narendra Modi, Bharatiya Janata Party and those extremist Hindu thugs are very different from the reason why the rest of India, including most Indian Universities, are protesting. Assam or Tripura does not want this Act at all -no matter its Hindus or Muslims. The rest of mainland India is protesting because the act does not cover Muslims and there is a sea of difference between these two reasons. Below are some of the reasons why every citizen of mainland India should stand with Assam and the rest of the northeast against this act in totality and not because it does not include Muslims”.

According to information, Dhruba Jyoti Deka was working as a key comrade of Paresh Baruah, fugitive kingpin of United Liberation Front of Assam (ULFA). Later Baruah ceased relations with Deka as he was stealing cash from both Paresh Baruah and ULFA members. As being ousted from the circle of Paresh Baruah, Deka succeeded in establishing connections with Pakistani spy agency Inter-Service Intelligence (ISI) by using his identity of being the husband of a Muslim woman. It may be mentioned here that, Deka’s wife is Muslim who hails from a radicalized Muslim family.
