Sky News fools the world with fake Princess Latifa photo

Sky News has made an outrageous bid by publishing a doctored photograph of Princess Larifa bint Mohammed al-Maktoum, the daughter of Dubai’s rule Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum, possibly with the agenda of misleading the international community who are asking for “proof of life” of Princess Latifa, who according to several media reports had been murdered couple of year ago.

The Business Insider in its report said, This is the first sighting of the Dubai princess since videos were released by BBC Panorama of her claiming that she was being held hostage against her will in a “villa prison” under constant police surveillance, Insider’s Julie Gerstein reported.

It would also be the first time that Princess Latifa has been seen in public since late 2018, The Guardian said.

Posting the photo of Princess Latifa on his Tweeter handle, Joshua Ziter, News Reporter at Business Insider wrote on May 22, 2021: This is potentially the first sighting of her since videos emerged of the Dubai princess claiming she was being held hostage by her family.

There were concerns in the international community that Princess Latifa was dead, a claim her family has repeatedly refuted. In April, Marta Hurtado, a United Nations spokesperson said, that the United Arab Emirates had failed to provide compelling proof that she was still alive.

But the image, obtained by Sky News, appears to have been taken at the mall of the Emirates in Dubai at some time during the COVID-19 pandemic, the media outlet said.

The photograph posted two days ago to Instagram includes face masks on the table. This suggests that the image was taken since the outbreak of the coronavirus, Sky News said.

The Sky News photo is fake

After detailed examination a photo forensic expert told Blitz, this is a work of a skilled hand. This is not a recent photo of Princess Latifa. Instead an old photo has been smartly placed along side two other females possibly to prove – Princess Latifa is alive. Let the Dubai authorities release few more photographs of Princess Latifa at the same location or a recent video of her if they really have to prove – she is alive.

Rejecting this claim, another expert from Russia told this correspondent, the photograph of Princess Latifa is real and a recent one. This photograph proves, she is alive and happily living with her family in Dubai.

Princess Latifa set to issue a press statement soon

A credible source in Dubai told this correspondent that Princess Larifa bint Mohammed al-Maktoum is alive and happily living with other members of her family. The video released by Tiina Jauhiainen and David Haigh was “absolutely fake”.

It said: “Princess Latifa never met David Haigh and has never communicated with him. She and members of the royal family are fully aware, Tiina Jauhiainen, David Haigh and Marcus Essabri are scammers. They have been making money using the name of Princess Latifa for years”.

The source further said, Princess Larifa bint Mohammed al-Maktoum will soon issue a statement describing how she was misguided and trapped by Tiina Jauhiainen and others and how she was almost going to be abducted once the yacht that she boarded could arrive in any of the ports. She will give full details about how she was scammed hundreds of thousands of dollars by Tiina Jauhiainen and others.

Based on the statement of Princess Larifa bint Mohammed al-Maktoum, Dubai authorities will take legal action against the perpetrators of crime and would seek help from Interpol and other international bodies, while several criminal cases will be lodged against those who had “robbed” money from Princess Latifa by luring her of fleeing Dubai.

Princess Larifa bint Mohammed al-Maktoum will also disclose how she was offered to flee Dubai again by Princess Haya bint Hussein and how the Jordanian princess had made repeated attempts of using her against Dubai’s rule Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum.
