A pregnant woman has died suspiciously in Surat’s Limbayat area. Due to stomach and chest pain at night, the woman went to sleep after doing home remedies. In the morning, the woman was taken to the civil hospital where the doctor declared her brought dead. At present, the postmortem has been done by the police. In which the post-mortem was done in the presence of Mamlatdar.
Six months pregnant woman came to live with her husband
A man named Gopal Gowda has been living in Surat’s Limbayat area for the past six years and earns his living by doing manual labour. Gopal got married to Ashalata a year and a half ago. Meanwhile, news came six months ago that Ashalata is pregnant. Gopal brought Ashalata to Surat 6 months ago as she was pregnant.
Suddenly the woman’s health deteriorated in the night
Gopal, the husband of deceased Ashalata told that Ashalata was having pain in stomach, head and chest at night. So Asha massaged Lata’s abdomen, chest and head with the oil kept in the house, after which she went to sleep when the condition became normal. Ashalata was not moving when she woke up in the morning.
108 were taken to the hospital
Gopal further told that when Ashalata woke up in the morning, she was in a state of unconsciousness. Due to which the landlord and his wife were called, then 108 was informed. Ashalata was taken to Civil Hospital in 108. Where the doctor on duty declared Ashalata brought dead. After which Ashalata’s body was sent for postmortem and the police was informed.
Limbayat police reached the civil hospital after hearing the news of Ashalata’s death. The police recorded the statement of Gopal, the husband of Ashalata, the owner of the house. Anticipating death to the family, a panel post-mortem was conducted. After this postmortem was done in the presence of Mamlatdar. The exact cause of death will be known after the postmortem report.
